Maintenance Services

With our core business function being security, we have been exposed to a number of issues on site.

We understand that all homes and businesses will need to undergo maintenance over a period of time and finding a reliable contractor to do the work can be extremely frustrating and time consuming. This lead us to expand our service offering to include basic building maintenance, below you will find a list of services on offer:

Special caretaker package

In order to alleviate having two service providers on site at the same time, we have designed a caretaker package. This package includes one 12-hour caretaker on site. The caretaker will be required to provide cleaning services as well as general security services to the premises. This package is only applicable to non-access control manned security guarding sites. The following is included in this package:
